The resident program incorporates volunteer firefighters to be assigned to any one of our three stations and to a particular shift. The program is designed to give volunteer firefighters more of an opportunity to be involved with an assigned engine company to enhance and expand their knowledge and experience as they work towards their goal of becoming a career firefighter.
