Regular Board meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month January through October and the 1st and 3rd Thursday November and December. Meetings begin at 4:00 p.m. and are held at Station 21 located at 911 N 65th Avenue in Ridgefield, WA. Any variations to this schedule will be posted here.

The Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue Board of Fire Commissioners meeting scheduled on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. has been cancelled due to lack of pressing business. The next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at the normal time and location.
