Plans Review, Operating Permits or to Schedule an Inspection


Clark County Fire & Rescue has developed a web based application in conjunction with idtPlans to manage our projects for plan review.  Applicants wishing to submit for a permit can do so by first registering with the portal, located at:

For inspections in unincorporated Clark County, please contact the Clark County Fire Marshal’s Office.

How to Register

Once you visit the website, click “Sign Up” in the upper right hand corner to fill out the online registration form. After you submit the form you will receive an activation link in your email. Click this link to activate your registration. You will then receive a second email confirming your acceptance. After this is completed, you will be able to login and access the electronic plan review website. A video tutorial of this process is available here.

How to Apply

Once registered, you can begin the application process by following the steps outlined here or by watching the tutorial video available here. Applications will be made available for online submittal beginning Monday, July 15, 2019.
